The outer fabric is 100% polyester twill. The lining is made of 100% polyester mesh. It features a fully sealed detachable 3-panel hood with adjustable drawstring and toggles. There is an external full-length wind flap and articulated sleeves with draw cord and hem toggles. Waterproof.
